Computer not powering up

Hi guys,

Just built a computer which was working fine. Somehow the computer froze and fails to boot up now. After pressing the power button, the computer doesn't do anything. I've removed everything and still get nothing. The fan moves every so slightly and doesn't do anything. All I've got plugged in now is just the CPU and RAM. Am guessing its the power supply?
