computer now won't restart after sleep mode

What ever has happene my computer now won't restart after going into sleep mode.
Basically it clicks and whirs like it is powering up, then makes the powering down noises. This keeps going into repeat.
To read all the problem's I've received recently best bet is to read my other threads =[

yeah, thats what i end up having to do.
Weird thing is after I do this, signing into windows then acts like it would after coming out of sleep
