PC wont start, i've tested PSU onto other PC's and it boots them fine.
I've Tried;
Removing Everything & Leaving PSU/Mobo/Processor - Still Nothing.
Replacing GFX Card - Still Nothing
Removing All Apart From PSU/Mobo/Processor/Stick Of Ram
Ect.

I've Tried Everything, i personally think its the motherboard but wanna check before i go spending cash.

There is a 'reset & switch on/off' on the mobo they light up when PSU is connected but the psu wont start.

My Spec Is;

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB)

Asus Maximus Formula SE Intel X38 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

OcUK GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)

Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer - Fatal1ty Professional Series 7.1 Sound Card

Crucial Ballistix 4GB Tracer DDR2 PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel

OCZ GameXStream 700w Silent SLI Ready ATX2 Power Supply

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64-Bit - OEM

When you say wont boot, do you get anything? Fans, lights? or does it just do nothing?

Sounds like a motherboard problem. Could try shorting out the power button pins just incase its the switch in the case

Does nothing, no fans, lights (expect the reset & switch button on the actual mobo once the psu is plugged into the wall)

I tried putting it all into another case too rule out the "faulty case switch", still nothing.

A few weeks before it actually went i sometimes had to switch the psu off & back on after the PC had been shut down for a few hours for it to boot up also.

what spec is the pc you tested the psu in? was it the same spec as yours or a lower spec? and have you tried a different psu on your system?
i'm not saying it is the psu but when you said "A few weeks before it actually went i sometimes had to switch the psu off & back on after the PC had been shut down for a few hours for it to boot up also." got me thinking it could well be

the age of the psu could be a factor but i'm guessing from the make and model it's not that old

The PC i tested the PSU in is pretty old, i dont remember the spec.
I aint tried a different PSU into my system no, i dont have or know anyone with a PSU that'll fit into my system (they're all running older style systems with 1 cpu socket, not 2.)

If its the PSU not getting enough power out to power my system, it should have atleast booted when it was just trying to power a few things
e.g; mobo/stick of ram ect, i'd of thought anyway?
