Computer Randomly Shuts Off

When I am running word or just surfing it randomly shuts off and powers itself back up instantly.

Everything is set to standard for now.

I don't think it's a heat issue. Not really sure now.

Could be a number of things.
So it litterally just turns off? (As opposed to doing a graceful shutdown)

I would check your cpu cooler, is it secured? Leave it in the BIOS, does it do it then?

Its either power or heat related (if heat its something daft as its not under load using word)

Came across this before with a mate, think he checked his RAM first same thing happened. RMA'd his motherboard and same thing then the PSU and it stopped upon connecting the replacement PSU.

Run the PC in bios and see if it does it, try to run it whilst on the temp monitor page and see what temps you get.
