Computer Replacement match or exceed requirements help

Need to replace following PC with new components:

Antec 1200
i7 920 @ 3.4GHz
EVGA X58 3X SLI
Geforce GTX670 SLI (Windforce 3X)
Corsair 1250W supply
12GB RAM
Crucial m4 256GB
Creative Soundblaster xfi titanium

Would someone be so kind in maybe speccing me some options for brand new components at or exceeding the above mentioned specifications?

Really annoyed since I spilt some drink (~440ml) over my desk which of course some went inside my computer. Currently powers on but no post. Therefore looking at worst case scenario for full system replacement parts but hoping I can salvage things like SSD, GFX etc etc.

Thanks guys. After much testing it seems disaster averted and the liquid has dried since I left it all that time to dry out.

Only 2 sticks of RAM were affected (the chrome/silver HS has turned black in some areas) and have been replaced.

Reset bios to default settings, go into safe mode for a bit and now boots fine into windows as if nothing happened. Did a few game benchmarks and everything is running.

Everything is still fine at default settings. Just need to find the time to overclock again
