I recently installed an additional duel kit of RAM into my Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3.
I'm running with a 2500k at stock to try to get it to work.
The modules are Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz KHX1600C9AD3B1K2/4G.
These modules passed 1 pass of memtest fine but after about 5 minutes in windows the system freezes and then restarts.
I have tried raising the DRAM voltage to 1.6v but it has not had any effect on stability. Am I correct that I would be fine to increase the voltage up to 1.65v?
Anyone have any suggestions?

OK I tested at memory 1.62v and seems to be stable.
I tested vtt at 1.10v and it froze.
I will try raising vtt up to 1.15v and see if it fixes it.
Would you recommend raising vtt or memory voltage first?
Thanks

Its rated at 1.65v for 1600mhz but ran previously at 1333mhz 1.5v, and I just want it to run at 1333mhz.
I'm running 4 sticks of 2GB.
RAM details here

Its not stable at 1.15v vtt and 1.5v ram. Guess I should increase the ram voltage more then?

Seems it wasn't stable after all. I have gone all the way up to 1.15v vtt and 1.65v ram and still restarts after 3 minutes of so of being in windows.

OK the stability issue just seems to be playing youtube videos in full screen. I can run prime 95 and play games just fine. I wasn't having this issue before so seems strange that the RAM would cause this.

Ok this problem just seems to be in google chrome so I would guess it has nothing to do with the RAM. Its probably that I havent played a full screen video since the last graphics drivers update.
