I have a
Medion Akoya P36888
-Intel Core 2
-Quad Processor Q6600
-3 GB DDR2-SDRAM
-NVIDIA GeForce 9300GS Graphics
-Running on Windows 7
I have been asked too take a look at it for a friend. He was on youtube watching a video and the screen froze. He left if thinking that it was just buffering but then realized that it had froze. He tried switching the computer off at the front using the power off switch but this didn't work so had too be switched off by the mains. Once switched on again the computer does respond with the fans and HDD running and the disk drive and so on also responds but there is nothing at all coming up on the monitor and the small LED behind the Power Button wont light up either if this helps?
