PEG = PCI Express Graphics

You can always flash backwards if it makes things worse.

If I flash the version of BIOS backwards, will I loose my OC?

Yes.

Make notes of it, or even save as a profile and you can save the profile to a USB drive.

But as always, check for stability between different BIOS'es.
