Computer slows down after good hour use

Good day Everyone!

I just wanted to ask for help as I've been trying to resolve this issue for months now since i got my components 2 months ago. So this is the issue.

Whenever i start the computer it starts fine for a good hour after that When im playing the fps starts to go down and the game started to get laggy.

The only solution i found so far is when i ASUS GPU TweakII. I always have to use it to Boost my system and kills every programs that are running. whether if its running or behind the system.

Temperature wise, Its good as it doesnt go over 34 degrees.

I really need suggestion on why this is happening.

Here's a spec of my computer.

Windows 10
Intel core i7-6700k 4ghz
16gb RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 watercooled

Yes all games sir, Its so weird tho. and the pc is only 2 months old

Just games in general sir, but let me check again as sometimes when im on desktop its a bit laggy. Ill double check again to make sure.
