Computer sometimes won't boot.

Got an Abit Ip35-e, quad core, 4 gig ram and a 2900XT

Sometimes I press the on button and the power all comes on, but it doesn't post.

Turn the machine off and on again and it works, sometimes need to do this more than once.

Updated to the latest bios, and resitted cables etc but have no ideas, can anyone help.

nothing is overclocked, it's a hyper type R

I got the latest bios already, but yes there was a double boot issue.
