Computer Spec for Unreal Engine

Hi guys,

My friend has started using his old PC to develop games in Unreal for his uni project and it's taking a long time to do things.

Could someone please give me some guidance on what the best spec for ~£600-700 would be.

He has recently bought a new SSD and GFX card so he shouldn't need them. Doesnt' need any peripherals or OS either.
