I have put everything into the Zalman Z9 case and when I come to power it on, all fans LED light up and spins for 1-2 seconds and then it stops

Motherboard PSU cables all connected correctly?

If so, try taking all RAM out apart from one and try it in different RAM slots.

Connected the 20 pin and the 4 pin that was provided by OCZ PSU into the 24 pin on the motherboard, no BIOS beeps as it only turns on for 1-2 secs

Casterina, there's a 20+4 pin power cable (big one) and a 4/6/8 pin cable powering the CPU - make sure you connect those properly.

I have got a 4 pin cable from the PSU, is that it?
