computer stuck in endless loop

Computer littrally built today turned it on for first time absaloutley fine, downloaded the new hard ware drivers it asked me to, clicked on CPU z to find only 1 of my 4 cores is active so restarted went into bois to activate them and then saw the computer is going through a cycle is goes from the splash screen to a black screen that is varifiying DMI pool (or something like that) to a screen saying safe mode safe mood with networking safe mood with command prompt last known config and start windows normally it then goes back to splash screen ...i have tried all the safe moods and the last known config I then disabeld the 3 cores still ot goes in the loop

Please help me

Motherboard -gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

CPU -amd phenom II 965 (using stock heat sink)

I can't get into to comuter to stress it it stops at

a black screen asking me to pick a safe mode last known food config start windows normally with a count down and then goes back to the splash screen

Ok sp take out the battery ??

Taking out CMOS battery did not work guys it is doing the accact same any other ideas ??

I tried the f8 and disabling auto restart ...how ever it still restarted

Also removing a RAM isn't working

It seemed to work fine before I installed all the new hardware drivers it asked me too

Re-installing windows now

I have narrowed it down to a OS problem and not a hardware fault
