Computer stuck in sleep mode, I think.

ive been using sleep mode since ive had my new pc, with no problems, however today i put it in sleep mode, the monitors went black with the no signal, but my pc didnt power down, i tried resetting it using the power button, but now it wont even boot up, my monitors are blank, cant even get a boot up screen, so i think its stuck in sleep mode

im currently using vista home premium 64bit

so, any solutions?
