Hi all,

I recently purchased a new PC from OCUK which arrived yesterday. Everything was working great! Today I went to boot up Assassin's Creed Odyssey for the first time to give my new machine a real test! But... it went to black screen and I had to resort to turning the PC off. Then, when I tried to turn it back on again, it starts to boot up, some (not all) lights come on, the fans come on, but then it cuts power and then tries to boot again (stuck in an endless loop of this...)

Any ideas what could be the issue here?

Trying to boot with only integrated GPU would be one thing to try to bracket cause.
(in case graphics card died)

After that minimum parts (all drives and other DIMM removed) to see if you can get it POST to BIOS.

If you aren't familiar (likely because of taking pre-assembled PC) with working with PC parts always disconnect PSU from the wall before doing anything to parts.
Though if you have no idea what parts of the PC are, then it would be better if someone more knowledgeable did that.
