computer turns on and off every 5 secs

I recently bought a new build, when i finally got around to putting it together the computer turns on then switches off then back on and off etc every 5 seconds.

I hear no Bios beeps, no display message.

case fans. cpu fan and GPU fans all work, as well as the GPU light and case led's. I can hear the dvd-rom and HDD spinning up, but then everything then computer turns off

I read online that it could be a something to do with the memory but it still turns off with no memory attached.

Any suggestions whats wrong?

... it is not, hidden under the heat sink forgot about it.

Feel like an idiot lol.

I assume its the 2 four pin connector that says cpu1...
 
I have 1 of each, one 8 pin one that is 2 fours, both say CPU, other ones say PCI, so it is pretty idiot proof, if you remember to plug them in lol
