Computer turns on but wont POST

Last resort for more thoughts before I send an RMA.
Spec:
Ryzen 3600
Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO Black 16GB 3600

I went away for a few days and came back to it turning on and doing nothing, I have reset the cmos and updaed the bios via qflash.
Pulled the ram and also tried a different graphics card, all with no difference
All it does and has done since I came back is all the rgb lights come on and fans spin.

Did you build it yourself ?

If yes pull the motherboard out the case and build it in the motherboard box , in case there a short.

Yes it's been working since August 2021, surely it shouldn't short now but I'll give that a go tomorrow. Also the power and restart buttons have no effect apart from turning it the first time after switching the PSU off.

No, hasn't really moved since it was built and put into place which is why it is wierd

I would try another power supply.

If you have a motherboard speaker, hook it up and try booting the system without any RAM and see if you hear any beep codes from the motherboard.

I'll have a look for a speaker in my old system later in the week, I've gave the system to a friend to try his PSU and have a look and still no joy. Scan have said I can send it to them to test. Most of the PSUs recommended other posts on here are currently on preorder if mine were faulty.
