Hello.

So I went to Portugal the other week for a week, the night before I went, the computer was fully functional, I turned it off, then the morning I went to Portugal I turned the power off at the plug, left it all plugged in though.

Anyways, fast forward to coming back after a week and I turn the PC on, and the monitors don't come on, so I think, right ok but by BIOS messing up, so I try turn PC off by holding the power button for 5 seconds, noticing this doesn't work I try the buttons on the motherboard, and these don't work either, only way to shut computer off is turning switch off on back of PSU.

I try using the pins on the mobo to reset CMOS but that doesn't work.

Disconnected all HDD's and still nothing, tried ram in different slots, still nothing.

At a loss as to what it could be??

Anyone any ideas what could be happening here?

Yes it turns off when I use the power button on the back of the PSU, however the power buttons on the case/mobo do not work. Holding it in for 5 seconds does nothing, I could be sat there holding it 5 hours and nothing happens.
