Computer upgrade advice required please

Good afternoon Guys/girls,

MY current system specs are:
Asus p8z77 v-lx
I7 2700k
zalman CNPS9900 NT
msi twin frozer R5850
ocz modular psu 600w
ocz agility 3 240gb ssd
wd green 1.5TB
seagate 1TB

I'm running all this through a lovely acer GD245HQ monitor.

My question to you today is, i have a spare £200 or so quid and i'm looking for an upgrade, probably along the lines of a gcard or maybe water cooling. Has anyone got any bright ideas to help boost my performance gaming wise. I have noticed a bit of tearing in game which may be to the gcard running a bit warm or it may just be a bit outdated now (but it still plays all games on high perfectly fine)

All rocommendations welcome.

Anyway I suggest a GFX card upgrade, there is a MSI 7950 on today only deal, or for less a Sapphire 7870XT
