Computer Upgrade/Revamp

Hey! I'm currently looking to upgrade/revamp my computer, with a budget of ~£500. I'd quite like to shrink down to MATX, but what do you guys think would be the best value upgrade from that? The only games I really play are WoW, Diablo 3 and GW2 - But am always streaming media from my NAS/net whenever I'm on the PC, even when gaming.

My current specs are:

2560x1080 monitor + 1920x1080 monitor
i5 2500k
8GB 1600Mhz RAM
Z68AP-D3 Mobo
Zotac GTX780
Samsung 250GB SSD
1TB HDD
650w Antec TruePower bronze PSU
Bitfenix Shinobi case

Hi, thanks for the reply.

The i5 is already OC'ed to 4.4Ghz, I was hoping I'd be able to go for the likes of 6600k and overclock that similar? Part of the reason I wanted to get an upgrade done now is because after this it will be at least a good 2 years before I can realistically put any money into the PC.

Ok, thank you. I may look at just getting a new case then, maybe as PSU also, since it's now 5 years old.
