More specifically, when my USB 3.0 hub + card reader combo is connected, the computer immediately wakes up as soon as you put it to sleep.

I've read over this page and tried all the stuff I can do, but there is no option to play with the power settings of the device, and Windows lists the keyboard as the only thing that is allowed to wake the PC.

I'm on Windows 7 x64

Help much appreciated!

Thanks

EDIT: A bit more info: There's nothing in the system log to help, and even when I've set it so that no device can wake the PC, this still happens unless the hub is unplugged. But it's internal so that's even more of a pain. Cheers.

This is the best I've found so far:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972664

But I'm not sure about this EHCI yet and if I can enable it on my USB 3.0 controller.

EDIT: And if I disable the USB 3.0 controller, the system cannot properly resume from sleep mode. With the hub connected, it tries to wake up after a second. With the hub disconnected, it does not. Strange.
