Computer will not shut down after overclock

Was overclocking my Q8300 today and have it running at 3.2GHz. Ran Prime95 and OCCT and got no errors. But then when i go to shut down the computer it wont shut down. The shutting down screen comes up as normal and then it disappears and then sits on a black screen and just doesn't shut down

What might be the problem???

It seems to do this when I have overclocked to to 3.13GHz. 420 fsb, dram freq 1058ghz, CPU voltage 1.47, memory voltage 2.2.

Any suggestions please????

Seems to be it won't shut down even if I decrease the overclock. If I put it back to stock speed it shuts down alright
