Computer will not start

I built my cousin his first PC a few months a go, He phoned me up today and told me it turned off when he was playing minecraft and wouldn't turn back on. I had a look at it and nothing turns on, the only thing powered on is the green LED light on the motherboard. Could this be a faulty PSU?

I5 760
P7P55d-E
Corsair XMS3 4GB
MSI HD 6850
OCZ ZS Series 650W PSU

The CPU, Mobo and Ram are 15 months old and the GPU and PSU are 3 months old.

Few things to try:

- One stick of RAM at a time
- memtest
- without the GPU [see if its POSTs]
- different PSU if you can

try
- take off the 3v battery of MB and reinsert it
- Reset the BIOS to factory settings
- Check for HDD errors, use CHKDSK/F

Thanks for the replys, I just brought it home and plugged my PSU into and it boots up fine. Do i RMA this PSU to Overclockers or OCZ?
