I have a Dell XPS 7590 laptop that is really good except that the keyboard has stopped working, a usb one plugged in still works fine. I've seen Hugh Jefferies on Youtube fixing the unfixable so I was wondering if there is someone in the UK with similar talents that I could post this laptop to.

Thanks.

I would not recommend sending your laptop to some random person to fix, who you find on the internet, even if they are from this forum. Try a computer shop in your local area. Search in Google for computer/laptop/phone repair shops and see if any of them might know what to do, or have a look at it. You can even try places like retailers OCUK, if you happen to live near one. Phone them before you take it in, incase they don't have any idea.

This video indicates it's easy to replace the keyboard yourself. Buy a replacement keyboard on eBay and just put it in.

If you don't feel you're up to the task, check out the Adamant IT channel on Youtube. This sort of thing is his bread and butter and his walkthroughs will put your mind at ease.
