Just had second corsiar 620 hx series power supply die in a year RMA it and getting it fixed in the mean time i borrowed a collermaster 520 wts power supply which works but now my pc wont boot up it turns on all fans spin but cant even boot into bios.
Things i have tried ive tried clearing the cmos battery tried different ram in different slots tried a different harddrive even tried a different graphics card but nothing seems to work i havent got anther mb or cpu to test them on is there any signs that i should be looking for to identify what the problems is?
also i am missing something very simple that i could try any solutions please help.

Yes Both the 8 pin and 24 pin connectors are plugged in
there is no mothboard speaker so i dont get no beebs to identify error codes.

have you just changed the psu ?
did you take anything else out ?
i had problem like this some months ago, same board, in the end it ws ram causing it not to post, maybe try booting with 1 stick of ram, if you have 2 sticks try one at a time see what happens ? ? ?

Yes just changed my psu untill my replacement arrives from ocuk
just tried one stick of ram in each slot again and still no post
one thing i forgot to say my motherboard lights to turn on and when i do turn on everything lights up and trys to boot then turns off then tries to boot but never boots not even to the spash screen

Try messing with your RAM a little more.

Insert a stick into one slot, make sure it's correctly secured in place and boot. If that didn't work, try the next slot and so on. Then if you've tried all slots and still have no success then try the same process with another stick of RAM.

Check your manual to see if the bios lights provide an error code.

Pull out all the PSU plugs and label them all and then reconnect into the PSU. Making sure they are correctly inserted. Do you know the replacement PSU is functional?

Let us know if and how you get it working.

How did you managed to kill two Corsair 620HX's?

I honestly do not no how i have killed two Corsair 620HX's my computer isnt that powerfull and isnt overclocked but ocuk are fixing it for me.
Ok computer is now working still dont no what was wrong i stripped it bear took out cpu ram graphics card took mb out but it all back together and it worked just happy that it is all working again. thanks all.

I just hope you didn't kill the 620HXs by having something hooked up incorrectly. That PSU is kick*** so I'm surprised you've had two that died.

Not to worry. Sounds like you got it all hooked up the right way now so third times a charm.
