Computer wont boot

Fan comes on full blast and screen blank
Theres a barely audible squeel too

I reset the cmos but no luck

What could it be?

PSU?
Memory?
Graphics card?
Motherboard?

booted without the graphics card and the fan noise was gone so obviously the gfx card, i mean its the gfx card fan thats going into overdrive for some reason

i tried booting with no ram stick, same

i removed battery to reset cmos, same

seems the 8800gt has bitten the dust
