Hi guys, cleaned my Antec 300 case this morning, did a little cable tidying and put it all back together. Plugged everything back in and double checked everything was in.

Put the power lead in and pressed the boot button, it started but then turned off straight away.. If i press the power button again nothing happens

I have to turn the power supply of via the switch, wait a few minutes then turn it back on, but when i press the power button it does the same thing.

Its like the power supply is'nt giving enough power?

Its a Cosair 520w and is about 2-3 years old :o

I'm out of idea's guys, anyone shed some light? Ta.

Have you put the memory in the right sockets? I had a similar problem when I built an i5 system a few weeks ago, the PC would power on then off and repeat. I assumed the two blue sockets nearest to the CPU were the right ones until I read the manual.

I never took the memory out, only a few fans

Well i have just stripped it and put it all back in... Pushed the button and it turned on :D

must have missed a cable or something, however thanks for all your replys guys.

Hopefully it will keep working
