Computer won't play HD sound tracks??

Hello,

I've recently started using QOBUZ having used spotify previously.

However my Windows PC won't play any sounds when I try to play anything HD through QOBUZ.

It will revert to sound when I go back to spotify etc but for some reason doesn't like HD stuff.

I've spent ages messing about with settings etc but it just doesn't seem to like anything. I'm using the official QOBUZ windows player (64 bit)

I'm outputting to a NAD T778 via HDMI....

Any help / suggestions please??

Try USB.

Not sure if this applies to HDMI audio devices, but do you see supported formats in the sound settings?

Perhaps your NAD doesn't support a specific format/rate.
