Computer won't start

Hi.

I have a computer that is 5yrs old and over the weekend it just stopped working. I have been thinking about replacing it and will now but i want to use the old one as a server.

Power is going through the mains cable and the green light is on the motherboard but pressing the button at the front doesn't do anything, No noise etc, it just seems completely dead.

What do you think could be wrong?

Dead PSU or mobo perhaps. Try a diff PSU to rule that out.

Sounds like mobo to me
