Computer won't start.

My computer was starting to freeze yesterday, now all is displaying is this :

Graphics card problem?

Doesn't boot up. Just goes straight to this.

Tried onboard graphics , computer whirred and lights on inside but no picture, completely blank, I reckon the motherboard

Yeah

tried bashing the del key to get into the BIOS too.

I did order a cheap gpu to test. Do you think it's not worth it considering the onboard I can't get going?

Yeah a whole new computer.

Most of the components are 8 or 9 years old.
