Computer won't turn on at all after a restart (no fans, nothing)

Yes, after removing one of the disk drives in the bottom of that pic (although that's not my system).

I forgot to remove them as part of my strip down.

A little confused as I assumed you had removed everything from the build. But anyway at least you have resolved it. I have the same case, never knew you could mount disk drives at the bottom of that.

I had the exact same problem years back. Spent hours/days trying to figure it out and it only worked once i disconnected one of the hard drives.
