The computer wont turn on. I thought the front panel was the problem so I tried to turn it on without the power button but nothing happens

It happened on an existing build

Yeah everything is unplugged aside from the PSU
edit: no fans (inc cpu fan or gpu fan) turn on

i dont think this mobo has an led readout, and i dont have a speaker i can plug in right now

So, everything was working fine, you turned the PC off and now it wont turn on.

Was anything added to the PC prior to when it was last shut down?

The green led is the stand-by/soft-off indicator. Try turning off the Psu and reset the Cmos, then turn it back on.

I spilled water on my desk and some went on the front of the case and some on my surge protector but that still works fine.

I reset the CMOS earlier, didnt affect anything

Was the water split when the PC was on or after you turned it off?

How long since you split the water, has it been off and have you checked thoroughly for water damage?

The water was spilt whilst it was on, but then it was turned off and then dried, none of it hit the hardware or anything,
the CMOS reset (unlike mentioned prior) has worked, sorry for wasting your time was just premature
