Computers making random noises.

Quite a weird problem i think. Randomly when i am using my pc i get noises in the background. Normally the noise sounds like a creaking door, but just i had a horse neighing.

I didn't have any music playing, and the only webpage i was on, was here.

Any ideas of what it could be?

I have MSN running, but i have disabled all sounds on that.

Perhaps once an hour. Not that often, i'm just curious as to what it could be. It's been happening for a few weeks now, but today was the first time i heard the horse neighing.

I've installed Pidgin and will continue to use this for a while, see if the noises carry on
