Concert for Diana Today

Anyone else heading off to Wembley this afternoon for the "Concert for Diana"?

Not looking forward to the extra security being laid on, but I guess needs must.

Ah, I was called last week to work some event at Wembley this weekend (I do Box Office tickets there) - this must be it. I just read the performers and it's quite a diverse, star studded event. It will be interesting to see what the encore is - I envision a big collaboration with everyone, with Elton singing 'Candle in the Wind' on piano and everyone singing the chorus as an opera.

LOL, forgot about that. But the security is REALLY tight at Wembley anyway. It'd be hard to drive a burning car into the carpark, let alone the stadium itself.

ACtually her mike wasnt working for the begining of the song as in the parts that she actually sings alone there was nothing but the backing track playing, which was a bit a shame for her as.

Bet the rest of the Royals were suprised to see Fergie (Sarah Furgason) on stage

Was funny at first, but when he was asked to fill out more time it just got cringeworthy.
