Windforce is quieter, high levels of overclock, has UK RMA if something goes wrong, and currently is good pricing.

The motherboard comes with 4 SATA cables.

I thought the msi was better?

I would get the Thermalright True Spirit 120. It performs better than both of those coolers and is cheaper. It also performs only fractionally worse than the 140.
