Condensation/mold on top of old fridge

I've got quite an old fridge freezer (Candy) that has developed a constant damp spot on top in the summer. I rarely see the top of it as it's very tall as it is but noticed it was covered with black mold while getting something down. Obviously not good and gave it a bleach and scrub. This morning, it's wet again. Any ideas how to mitigate?

has it been defrosted recently ? is it a shared compartment, or separate doors/which on top.
- perhaps ice build up in the insulation causing top to be cooler and condensing warm air.

Do you mean the top exterior surface? If so, you have a condensation issue.
