condensed milk rice pudding

Has anyone a favourite way of cooking this.

I have only ever cooked one with evaporated milk. The sweeter the better then wife won't eat it :)
 
You are part of generation Ambrosia ?
personally just rice+milk, bit of salt and tablespoon of white sugar + nutmeg or cardammom (however you spell it) simmered on stove to ~1hr, then ovened.
