Condition Zero - Freezing Problem

Recently just installed Condition Zero again on Steam due to formatting and installing Vista Home Premium retail. I've gotten all the latest drivers and windows updated and turned V-Sync off to get the full 100fps etc.

But when i'm running around I seem to get slight freezes or glitches momentarily and I slightly jerk forward. I think my choke slightly goes up also.

I'm on a 10mb NTL World connection with Rate 25k, cmdrate 81 and updaterate 81 so I can't see a problem there.

I've had this before but I can't remember how I fixed it or if I even did.

Bump.

Been attempting to sort this out with various graphics drivers and even installed latest motherboard drivers but still no luck.

I noticed on the in-game net graph I get a tiny glitch in it when I get the freeze. Looks like this ____-__________-_____

Tried loads of different rates, tried new network drivers, tried re-installing and removing all my gun models but still nothing.

Really stressing me out now.
