"Conference" application (About...)

Hi
I am looking for an application that will allow me to do conference chats with at least 4 people at once (More is better), with a webcam (Audio and video).
Something like http://www.mebeam.com/ but more comfortable / faster / stable... i don't mind if it costs money.

Not too sure of your exact requirements or budget but what about the Polycom MGC25 server?
