configuration

Hi all, i just need clarification on the best ram configuration for my set-up.

I currently have an AMD set up with a phenom iix4 965be on this motherboard-

I currently have this RAM in slots 1+3

Now, the question that i have is, would it make any differnece if i bought another 4gb (2x2) or (1x4)?

and if i do get the 1x4, will it matter which slot i put it in?
also, can i mix 1600mhz with 1333mhz? and does it matter that the sytem is overclocked?

If you do fancy some more memory I would be inclined to purchase similar ram to what your using, ie another 2 x 4gb of 1600mhz ram.
