Configuring Crossfire?

Sorry for the newbie question, searched around on Google and all I could really find were reviews, nothing specific.

Assuming you have a PC where you haven't installed either master or slave card (i.e. no ATI drivers installed at all) - what is the process for using Crossfire?

1) Install the slave card first, install drivers as you would a normal single card, then add 2nd card and .....?

2) Install both cards, install drivers - job done?

Would appreciate the help

i installed both cards and installed drivers, catalyst detected the primary and secondary outputs of both cards first time... jobs a goodun!

be sure to tick the box under the crossfire section

^ Yeah make sure you do that in the CCC as well.

If you want to use AFR Forced mode , remember to select AI - Advanced.

Its ATi's workaround to enable AFR on any game
