Configuring IIS? (Can't get it to authorize)

Hi

Basically I've just installed IIS to start learning ASP properly. After following this setup guide closely and making sure each setting was correct I saved an example ASP file out and after testing it in IE it's telling me i'm not authoized to view it

I'm going to http://localhost/thepines/HelloWorld.asp and it just isn't letting me view the page

Can anyone help?

I kept on looking around in the security settings and eventually got it working.
