confirmation emails? how long?

Hi just a genral Q, placed an order online today at 2.30pm and my status says: In our warehouse queue. In the email i recived earlyer it said i would be sent a confirmation email when my order is shiped. any idea how long these emails take? and does anyone work this late at OCUK. realy need my order tomorow.

why though, i paid for next day delivery! which should be tomorow.

Think you have to order before a certain time to qualify....

Send a webnote to the shop or phone them.

Nobody can comment on your order unless they work for OcUK, as far as I know nobody in this thread does.

Phone them up when they are open. Next day delivery is only from the point of shipping as is with every retailer, if your bank holds up the payment for fraud checks then it is out of the retailers hands.

You wont get an answer on here about your order as is said in the FAQ.

you need to contact the shop via phone or webmail

I have had confirmation emails come through later than this
