Confirming my thoughts (Which CPU?)

Hello all,

I am going to build a PC and I already know what CPU I will get, I just need to confirm my thoughts. I have chosen an i7 3770k. On my PC I will be doing Gaming on Max Settings, Video Rendering and Graphics like the Adobe Packages.
Love to hear your thoughts and an suggestions!

This. However, the 3770k is more than adequate for the task. Don't be put off by temps either, they do run cool imo!

If its an investment in a better future!! 3930 would be the one to get, day to day tasks and gaming, little or no improvement(for now) video rendering etc, should see things speed up due to the 2cores/threads(software reliant of course)
