What do people think of this game. Havent heard or seen much about on these forums.

You guys think its any good.

I might get it if it is.

well i wont bother with it then ... thanks for heads up though i might try the demo anyway.

its just i keep seeing it advertised before prison break lol

You know something has gone properly wrong with Denied Ops during the level in which you're mowing down swathes of terrorists in Rwanda. They're black and, if you're playing as Lang, so are you - but this doesn't stop them yelling "I will kill you, whitey!" Oh, dear.

This game is a pile of ****. If you are seriously torn between this and something like CoD4, there is something wrong with you.

Just completed this. One of those guilty pleasures that you sometimes get with FPS games, you can just go through the motions and play it despite knowing deep down that it is a pretty mediocre game.

+Being able to control 2 guys adds an extra dimension to the gameplay, and ensures that you always feel like part of a team (something I really enjoy in FPS games)
+Team orders can work well at times

-Graphics are a bit 2006, shoddy animation etc
-Performance isn't great either, threading support seems virtually non-existant so it only ran at around 45-90fps for me ([email protected], GTX280)
-Combat can be frustrating at times, weapons just don't feel that much fun to use
-Lack of variety on missions, half of them seem to end the same way (clearing LZ)
-Characters are uninteresting, difficult to build empathy with anyone
-Interface and controls feels a bit clunky, smells like a console port
