Conflicting CPU Temps

Got an AIO installed, in the BIOS it stays around 25c and in Ryzen Master ( which ive always used ) it stays around 32c idle which is the same it's always been with my Noctua and my AIO.

The NZXT cam software seems less accurate, it gets to about 33c then spikes up to mid 40c, then back down,then back up. ( it also correlates with the cpu usage spiking up too )

Why do both of these softwares show different readings ?

probably reading the core and package temps. I tend to stick to the core readings

I go with Rzyen Master. AMD made Ryzen software specifically for AMD made Ryzen hardware. I have noticed that on the likes of HWinfo there is a discrepancy too with temps. It used to show two alternate temps there, one was always higher than Ryzen Master and the other lower. A recent update to HWinfo has now added an average of the two temps which is fairly close to Ryzen Master.
