Im confused about the readings in the timing table. One section has the timings 4-4-4-12 2T and the other 5-5-5-15 2T... what one is my RAM running at? or is that one stick running at one speed and the other is the other speed?

Am I best just focusing on the memory section and ignoring the SPD timings table for memory readings?
Its dual channel Crucial Ballistix PC6400, and ive manually edited the timings of the RAM to 4-4-4-12 1T (as it was showing on POST as 5-5-5-15 1T for some reason, even though its meant to be 4-4-4-12).
