Confused about pci-e slots

Bit confused here, the current graphics card i am running only uses 6 pin, but the new card im buying requires An 6-pin PCI-E power connector and an available 8-pin PCI-E power connector. i really want this card but i dont have enough pci slots, is there something i can buy extra to give me more pci slots?

Your power supply should have 2 x 6+2 pci-e connectors or similar. There shouldn't be a problem.

I think you confused it with needing a extra PCI slot, it means you need a 6pin+8pin connector from your PSU to the GPU.

ive looked all around my case and i can only find 1 6+2 pin!

Its says on the box it has two 6+2 but i only have the one! i have looked all over my case and still nothing.

It must be hiding somewhere That psu is non-modular so there is no chance you could have mislaid it.
