I've got to send a lens back for replacement as it will most likely take too long to repair but i'm confused(might be my meds). Do they want me to send the item with the rma form from the email link? or download the form, enter it then send it back to them via email and err...

I'm confused
 
It states that after filling in the RMA form via e-mail, you will receive a link by e-mail which is printer friendly. This form should be printed out and returned with the goods.
