Confused about which GPU and PSU to buy :/

Hey I am about to purchase a new GPU and PSU. I want to be able to play games such as BF3, Rage, ARMA ect. Atm these are my system specs:

Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8200 @2.33GHz
4.00 GB of RAM
Dell 545 stock motherboard
8500GT 1Gb Overclocked.
300W PSU
Arctic 7 Freezer Pro Rev.2 Heatsink

So im wanting a new graphics card and obviously a bigger psu to run the GPU.

I havnt got much to spend. Thought you could maybe help?

The best card I'd dare run using you current PSU would be a HD 6670

Even then you need to tell us what the +12V Wattage is?

If you could up the budget a bit you could get a New PSU and a HD 6770

Shame the cheapest one is out of stock.

Nvidia doesn't really have a good offering until you hit £95 for a GTX 550Ti.
